What you'll do

• Build relationships with landlords and management companies
• liaise with the DHS Housing Placement Unit
• monitor housing-law, building-code, and lease compliance
• coordinate with case management to identify housing-ready clients
• resolve landlord-related conflicts
• maintain a database of housing options
• develop housing opportunities
• prepare reports and housing packages
• assist with applications and supporting documents.
