What you'll do

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
• monitor residents and report changes in condition
• complete nursing documentation
• respond to resident needs and emergencies
• communicate with residents, families, CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary team
• supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs
• follow infection prevention and safety policies
• and assist with admissions and transfers as needed.
