What you'll do

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• monitor vital signs, symptoms, laboratory findings, and clinical changes
• administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies
• recognize deterioration and escalate concerns
• perform procedures within RN scope and competency
• maintain patient records
• collaborate with healthcare teams
• educate patients and families
• follow infection prevention, medication safety, identification, and confidentiality standards
• participate in handoffs and care coordination
• respond to emergencies
