What you'll do

• Lead field crews and coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow
• install and connect commercial HVAC equipment and ductwork
• troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain chillers, boilers, rooftop units, air handling units, VAV boxes, and related equipment
• program and troubleshoot building automation and energy management systems
• interpret construction drawings and schematics
• oversee safety and quality
• communicate with customers and general contractors
• train and guide less-experienced team members.
