What you'll do

• Assist with preparing monthly nursing department schedules and finding call-in replacements
• assist Medical Records with charts for physicians’ rounds
• answer phones, assist visitors and residents, and relay communications
• process administrative transfers and discharges
• provide additional administrative support, which may include maintaining medical records, scheduling or job assignments, and preparing reports.
