What you'll do
- Provide direct clinical nursing care to inpatients
- assess patients and monitor progress toward goals
- document care activities, assessments, interventions, treatments, and evaluations
- collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- involve patient support systems or family in care planning when appropriate
- redirect care to address physiological, psychological, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs
- coordinate nursing interventions and discharge readiness.

Why this role
New graduates welcome. Colorado Registered Nurse license required; BLS required or within 30 days of hire; ACLS required or within six months of hire. Six months of medical-surgical or skilled nursing experience is desired.
