What you'll do
- Champion a zero-injury safety culture.
- Conduct gemba walks and reinforce safe work behaviors.
- Lead and coach packaging shift leads.
- Develop, implement, and sustain SOPs and best practices.
- Conduct root cause investigations using 5-Why and Fishbone methodologies.
- Improve OEE and reduce unplanned downtime.
