What you'll do

• Prepare socioeconomic profiles of assigned residential communities
• visit housing units at least annually or as needed
• maintain case files and document social histories, interventions, referrals, reports, and follow-up
• coordinate with administrators and residents on lease-related concerns
• refer residents to government and private agencies
• prepare case reports and socioeconomic studies
• participate in administrative hearings as required
• coordinate resident services and community activities
• maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
• work outside regular hours when required.
