What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision and daily care
• maintain professional relationships with clients and their families
• plan and participate in care-plan activities
• follow in-home care procedures and state regulations
• complete documentation
• and support daily care needs that may include household tasks, meals, shopping, communication, and personal grooming. Participate in an on-call rotation of one night per week and every third to fifth weekend.

Why this role
