The Floor Technician — Healthcare Environmental Services role is onsite in West Monroe, LA. Pay is $12.50 per hour. The position supports cleanliness and infection-control measures at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. The technician maintains floors in patient, public, and staff areas through cleaning, sanitizing, polishing, and floor-care procedures. The role also supports general housekeeping, safety, supply management, and coordination with Environmental Services colleagues.

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, buff, strip, wax, and polish floors
• operate floor-care equipment
• follow chemical and equipment safety procedures
• place wet-floor signs
• inspect floors and report damage
• maintain supplies
• assist with housekeeping and communicate cleaning schedules and safety measures.
