Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor role is onsite in Fullerton, CA. Pay is $28.82–$30.33 per hour. Volunteers of America Los Angeles provides social services to communities in the Los Angeles area, including housing, veterans’ services, and rehabilitation programs. The supervisor supports program staff in meeting contracted goals and daily performance measures. The role coordinates service delivery, monitors compliance and records, develops staff, and works with community partners to help ensure clients receive high-quality services.

What you'll do

• Supervise program staff and monitor service delivery
• coordinate daily operations, intake, service plans, and client services
• conduct weekly case conferences and monthly file audits
• monitor compliance and maintain procedure documentation
• assist the Director with policies, procedures, and forms
• train and mentor staff
• coordinate outreach and collaboration with community partners
• maintain service records and track program outcomes.
