What you'll do

• Show homes to buyer clients
• identify buyer needs, budgets, and property preferences
• guide buyers through the home-buying process
• prospect and follow up with potential clients
• develop opportunities with homeowners and grow toward listing-agent work
• communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
• schedule showings and provide feedback
• attend inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and other appointments when needed
• maintain CRM notes and follow-ups
• participate in team training, prospecting, accountability, and professional development.
