Call Center Representative

The Call Center Representative role is full-time and onsite in Taunton, MA, with compensation of $45,000–$55,000 per year. What you'll do

• Book tire and service appointments for retail locations
• answer incoming calls and provide customer service
• handle high volumes of email and live chat
• develop and maintain sales practices
• respond to customer questions and concerns
• build relationships with team members, other divisions, and customers
• contribute ideas for company improvement and take on additional projects when opportunities or needs arise.
