What you'll do

• Follow health and safety regulations and assess work-related risks
• perform general repairs on buildings, mechanical and electrical systems, and equipment under supervision

• diagnose problems and recommend solutions
• repair or replace damaged parts and equipment
• use high-pressure water machines, generators, and portable tools
• read blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
• assist with moving, reinstating, erecting, and dismantling equipment and fixtures
• relocate supplies and equipment safely.
