What you'll do

• Ensure cultivation and drench departments meet staffing and production plans
• build daily station assignments
• respond to absences and shifting priorities
• maintain cross-training records and train new hires
• oversee cultivation and drench processes according to SOPs
• monitor quality, efficiency, and performance
• maintain accurate logs and irrigation tracking
• report plant health abnormalities and safety or equipment issues
• coordinate performance feedback and scheduling.
