What you'll do
- Conduct intake assessments and recommend treatment
- develop and update individualized treatment plans
- provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
- facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
- monitor progress and adjust interventions
- coordinate with residential staff, medical providers, probation and parole, and community partners
- maintain caseload and clinical records
- provide clinical guidance and supervision as needed.
