What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily residential concrete foundation operations
• manage concrete crews, subcontractors, and laborers
• interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications
• monitor concrete pours, forming, and finishing for quality and code standards
• enforce job-site safety and OSHA compliance
• coordinate material deliveries, equipment scheduling, and site logistics
• communicate project updates and issues
• conduct site inspections and ensure work passes required municipal and county inspections.
