Research Associate

The Research Associate is an onsite role based in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. This role supports the Parexel Early Phase Clinical Unit, which focuses on developing innovative new medicines to improve public health. This role exists to ensure the successful completion of Phase I clinical trials. The Research Associate recruits and screens participants, conducts protocol-specific visits, and maintains accurate documentation and data management to support clinical research goals.

What you'll do

• Recruits study participants, conducts screening visits, and assists staff physicians.
• Maintains study supplies, labels plasma samples, and ensures participant safety and data accuracy.
