Maintenance Worker (Per Diem)

What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Maintenance with department operations and programs
• check environmental services work and complete maintenance log requests, repairs, and painting
• make written and oral reports or recommendations
• participate in authorized government inspections
• perform preventive maintenance and small repairs, including painting, drywall, carpentry, snow removal, and grounds work
• maintain life-safety systems and emergency preparedness
• schedule department work and assignments
• investigate personnel complaints and report to the Administrator
• respond to emergencies and participate in the on-call schedule as required.
