What you'll do

• Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
• formulate and update diagnoses and treatment plans
• complete risk assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed
• maintain caseload minimums and timely documentation
• collaborate with community, medical, and family systems as needed
• maintain confidentiality and state-board standing
• attend team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision
• serve clients virtually and in person
• use the electronic health record system and continue professional education.
