What you'll do

• Cut and trim meat using knives and machinery
• operate equipment for packaging, deboning, skinning, grinding, and box and lid making
• strap, lift, and stack products
• perform quality checks
• follow Good Manufacturing Practices
• and complete other assigned production duties. Work involves standing and walking for 7–12-hour shifts, physical handling of loads up to 50 pounds, and working in areas ranging from 32°F to 80°F.
