Customer Success Manager – Spray Drones

The Customer Success Manager – Spray Drones role is onsite in Lafayette, LA, with travel throughout the United States. Pay is $35,000–$55,000 per year. The role supports DMR Technologies’ network of agricultural equipment dealers, commercial operators, and drone customers. The manager helps customers and dealers adopt and operate spray-drone programs successfully after purchase. By onboarding and training users, coordinating technical issue resolution, and developing dealer relationships, the role supports customer retention, product knowledge, and repeat equipment purchases.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned dealer and customer relationships
• onboard dealers and conduct launch meetings
• train dealership personnel and customers
• conduct product demonstrations and training
• assist with startup, maintenance, firmware updates, and best practices
• coordinate customer issues with Engineering, Operations, Production, or Technical Support
• travel for site visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and customer events.
