Internal Portfolio Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of awarded programs and contracts
• serve as a primary customer and stakeholder contact
• develop program strategies
• lead kickoff meetings
• monitor budgets and contractual and regulatory compliance
• oversee concurrent projects
• report program status, performance metrics, and compliance
• recommend operational improvements
• lead internal budget reviews and cross-functional sessions
• manage communications with government and private-sector stakeholders
• collaborate with business development
• support RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses
• identify additional services and new opportunities
• travel periodically to client sites, project sites, and industry events.
