What you'll do

• Provide outpatient interventional pain management care and perform procedures including epidurals, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulation.
• Requirements include an MD or DO, board certification in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management, an active or eligible Arizona medical license, and active DEA registration.
