What you'll do

• Run engineering planning, status, and retrospective routines
• track initiatives, blockers, risks, and commitments
• coordinate cross-functional work including compliance evidence, audit preparation, and recruiting logistics
• maintain engineering documentation and trackers
• prepare meeting briefs and summaries
• manage the CTO’s calendar, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics
• use AI tools for drafting, summaries, notes, and status synthesis.
