Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across clinic locations
• troubleshoot and complete repairs
• coordinate licensed vendors for complex HVAC work and other specialized services
• handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA 608 guidelines
• document work orders, repairs, and inspections
• manage maintenance supplies
• maintain logs, checklists, and schedules
• assist with compliance reports and audits
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• travel between facilities as needed.
