Client Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Client Service Coordinator works onsite in Riverside, CA, for $25 per hour. The role supports AccentCare’s Personal Care Services team, which coordinates care and service for patients. The coordinator supports daily electronic visit verification and payroll, processes authorization and schedule changes, coordinates Care Partner staffing, and helps resolve payroll and billing questions. By supporting field supervisors, recruiting, onboarding, and required client visits, the role helps maintain service coordination and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Support daily EVV and payroll functions
• process and communicate authorization and schedule changes
• coordinate Care Partner teams to meet fill-rate expectations
• research payroll and billing questions under the Client Service Manager’s direction
• liaise with Field Supervisors and payer Case Management teams
• support recruiting, onboarding, staff training, and scheduling and monitoring required client visits.
