What you'll do

• Supervise and guide Maintenance Engineers
• assist with training and performance feedback
• assign and follow up on work orders and preventative maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
• inspect guestrooms and public and back-of-house areas
• respond to alarms, emergencies, and guest requests
• support safety compliance, emergency-system inspections, documentation, and seasonal maintenance.
