What you'll do

• Supervise residence staff
• ensure required orientation and training
• provide ongoing staff coaching and supervision
• conduct performance reviews
• provide direct-care coverage and transportation as needed
• maintain staffing schedules and minimums
• prepare Life Plan packets and attend meetings
• develop and maintain Staff Action Plans
• ensure treatment plans are current and documented
• participate in interdisciplinary teams
• follow incident-management procedures
• monitor residence safety and maintenance needs
• manage resident funds, petty cash, and purchase orders
• oversee food purchasing and supplies
• train staff on electronic systems
• maintain communication with residents, families, and staff
• develop recreation and activity schedules
• participate in internal audits and required meetings.
