Shift Supervisor — Food Service

Job overview

The Shift Supervisor position is onsite at the Kiewit Training Center in Aurora, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM; pay is $25.00–$28.00 per hour. Eurest provides foodservice to corporate clients and emphasizes service and quality. The supervisor directs associates during an assigned shift, supports consistent service and safe operations, and ensures work expectations and procedures are met. The role includes training, scheduling, performance feedback, and reporting on unit results.

What you'll do

• Direct associates during an assigned shift

• evaluate performance and recognize or address performance concerns
• prepare production or sales reports
• monitor quality, productivity, and safety
• respond to employee complaints and time-off requests
• may mentor and develop employees.
