Center Clinical Director (Associate)

Supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. Maximize core model execution, including clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. Provide direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. Allocate time to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building clinical-operations synergy.
