Membership Experience Director

The role oversees staff and programming across membership, youth and family programs, Stay ’N Play, Interactive Zone, and birthday-party rentals while managing related budgets, schedules, and facility operations.

What you'll do

• Support association goals and fiscal management
• plan, develop, and implement youth and family programming
• implement membership recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies
• supervise membership and family-program teams
• schedule staff and provide direct service as needed
• coordinate program registration and membership procedures
• promote enrollment and represent the YMCA at community events
• monitor program objectives and quality
• manage payroll, supplies, safety, cleanliness, and facility function
• train and evaluate staff and volunteers
• participate in annual giving campaigns.

Why this role
