What you'll do

• Lead rollout and scaling of Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor across engineering teams
• build and integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and APIs
• define phased onboarding and scaling strategies
• partner with business engineering teams to improve product delivery
• design and deliver developer onboarding and training
• advise on autonomous versus assistive tool use based on use case and risk
• monitor adoption and performance
• troubleshoot and tune deployments
• establish reusable playbooks
• align adoption with governance, security, compliance, and secrets and identity management practices.
