What you'll do

• Direct commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio transfers
• structure, draft, and negotiate joint ventures and equity investment frameworks
• advise on development projects, permitting, zoning, and land use entitlements
• oversee leasing transactions and due diligence
• and cultivate client relationships and business development.
