What you'll do

• Organize the dishwashing area
• sort and rinse dishes, glassware, and utensils
• operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• sanitize, dry, and store cleaned items
• handle cleaning chemicals safely
• replenish service stations
• assist with light prep as needed
• maintain clean and safe floors
• communicate with front- and back-of-house teams
• and follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and closing-work policies.
