What you'll do

• Analyze drawings and specifications
• coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing
• prepare quantity take-offs, bid breakdowns, and proposal documents
• attend pre-bid walk-throughs
• review and summarize scopes of work
• finalize the Bid Book
• support hand-offs to project managers, contract reviews, and ongoing project needs.
