Electric Motor Technician Supervisor – 2nd Shift

The Electric Motor Technician Supervisor – 2nd Shift role is onsite in York, Pennsylvania. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with overtime available and a weekend on-call rotation every five weeks. Pay is $41.10–$52.30 per hour, including the second-shift differential and supervisor pay. Motor Technology provides electromechanical repair and service for industrial equipment.

What you'll do

• Supervise motor technicians and ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards
• provide feedback and on-the-job training
• evaluate work orders and diagnose, repair, and test AC and DC electromechanical equipment
• disassemble and inspect equipment, replace worn parts, reassemble units, conduct performance tests, document jobs, and operate specialized repair equipment.
