Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Service Coordinator role is onsite in Little Canada, MN, and pays $26–$32 per hour based on experience. The schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends. What you'll do

• Communicate with customers about extended warranty registrations and documentation
• manage Machine IQ and support Service and Sales teams with equipment information
• back up the Warranty Administrator
• schedule and dispatch field service technicians
• coordinate company drivers for inventory movement, transfers, deliveries, and pickups
• communicate schedule changes
• maintain records and help improve coordination.
