What you'll do

• Own the Safe Harbor program from OEM order through distributor branch and EPC installation
• set priorities, targets, and KPIs
• lead OEM and distributor relationships and negotiations
• manage distribution strategy and performance
• drive EPC participation and forecast compliance
• own supply planning assumptions and monthly demand and supply reviews
• partner with Finance on cash and working capital planning
• lead planning tool requirements and adoption.
