What you'll do

• Learn active bond-program projects, LACCD colleges, and initiatives
• draft and distribute weekly Toolbox Talks and safety alerts
• collaborate on District news, program updates, compliance information, and milestones
• develop meeting, briefing, dashboard, report, newsletter, alert, and notification materials
• support presentations and leadership remarks
• coordinate the BuildLACCD Internship Program
• assist vendor and business outreach
• review external materials for accuracy, completeness, brand voice, and consistency
• support the Communications Director with information requests.
