What you'll do

  • Lead the design and execution of women’s lifestyle collections.
  • Drive concept development through trend research, fabric innovation, and color direction.
  • Develop seasonal design boards, silhouettes, and category strategies.
  • Create detailed tech packs, garment sketches, and construction callouts.
  • Oversee fit sessions and provide clear aesthetic direction.
