What you'll do

• Own People and Culture assignments across onboarding, benefits, compliance, policy, and team member experience
• help design systems and processes
• attend project meetings and build plans, tasks, timelines, and ownership
• track progress and flag risks
• maintain project trackers and report status
• coordinate meeting agendas, notes, and action items
• support workload planning, reporting, and confidential matters
• back up the front-line specialist when needed.

Why this role
