The officer manages program data collection, quality, analysis, and reporting to support accurate funder and leadership updates and evidence-based decisions. The role also helps HIAS affiliates resolve data and reporting issues, supports invoice review, and coordinates with program managers and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, analyze, and report Preferred Communities program data
• verify data accuracy and obtain missing information from affiliates
• upload data to the ORR database
• provide program data to internal departments
• review, reconcile, and approve monthly affiliate invoices
• provide technical support on data collection and reporting
• update program forms and documentation
• assist with monthly and semi-annual ORR reports and private-funder reporting.
