What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic CT exams and operate computerized scanning equipment
• review physician orders and protocols
• position, transfer, and immobilize patients as needed
• administer and monitor IVs
• evaluate completed exams for quality and completeness
• monitor patients during and after scans
• follow safety, infection-control, and universal-precaution procedures
• consult radiologists as needed
• assist with patient transport
• maintain supplies and participate in quality assurance activities.

Why this role

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program required. Current ARRT certification in CT or obtain within six months; current ARRT and OBMI; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS; Image Wisely and Image Gently pledge certificates within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter. One year of CT experience preferred; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
