Hospitality Aide

What you'll do

• Respond to resident and family concerns and report them to the nurse supervisor
• respond to call lights with non-hands-on care or refer to appropriate staff
• protect resident confidentiality and privacy
• transport patients, assist with meal distribution, distribute laundry, deliver snacks, ice, and water, answer phones, and run errands
• assist the Activity Director with activities
• maintain clean and sanitary work and care areas
• report missing or illegible labels and safety data sheets
• honor and report treatment refusals, support resident participation in treatment decisions, and report complaints or grievances.
