The Service & Rental Advisor role is onsite in Saint Croix Falls, WI. Pay is $26–$31 per hour; expected annual earnings are $62,000–$74,000 based on experience and overtime. The role supports Tri-State Bobcat’s service and rental operations at its St. Croix Falls location. The advisor manages service and rental workflows, coordinates with customers and technicians, and helps maintain equipment availability. The role also builds customer relationships and identifies opportunities to grow branch business and improve efficiency, satisfaction, and profitability.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily service and rental operations, including scheduling, workflow, equipment availability, and customer needs
• manage service work from intake through invoicing
• coordinate with technicians and departments
• manage rental quotes, recommendations, contracts, inspections, returns, and fleet availability
• coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs
• build customer relationships
• identify sales opportunities
• monitor branch performance and implement improvements
• set priorities and support team accountability
• maintain a safe, clean facility
• participate in manufacturer training.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of experience in equipment service, rental, dealership operations, or a related field; leadership experience is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours.
