What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect
• clean and stock restrooms, lounges, kitchenettes, and common areas
• report maintenance needs through the work-order system
• shovel main entrances after snowfall
• manage waste and recycling
• maintain floors and surfaces
• monitor cleaning supplies
• follow safety procedures
• assist with event setup and cleanup
• respond courteously to building occupants and visitors
• unlock assigned buildings in the morning.
