What you'll do

• Manage and train nursing staff
• conduct chart audits, interviews, onboarding, evaluations, and scheduling
• oversee nursing operations and staffing coverage
• administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• educate clients
• document visits in electronic medical records
• manage medical supplies
• report adverse effects and compliance concerns.
