What you'll do

• Develop team members and establish performance standards
• coordinate problem-solving among mechanics, technicians, operators, and support groups
• work with the planner on maintenance and preventive maintenance
• manage daily production schedules and coffee requirements
• manage employee schedules and overtime
• communicate equipment and process changes
• verify operator training
• support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• conduct weekly safety and 5S audits
• investigate out-of-spec coffee and develop quality action plans.
