What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation
• support community activities, appointments, and skill-building
• promote choice, dignity, privacy, independence, and self-determination
• support social, communication, and independent-living skills
• provide medication support and documentation according to orders, plans, policies, and regulations
• complete electronic documentation
• maintain a safe environment
• collaborate with individuals, families, guardians, coworkers, case managers, and other support-team members
• respond appropriately to emergencies and unexpected situations.
